☺テラスというレストランでの朝ごはんビュッフェがおいしかった。ナシゴレン、ミゴレンにタイカレー、もちろんアメリカンブレックファーストもあり、ワッフル、パンケーキ、フレンチトーストにエッグバーもあった。プール付きのヴィラに泊まっていたのでプールはあったけど、メインとセカンドプールもよかったです。 ☹スパの予約をフロントを通してお願いしたけど、通っていなくて、結局What's appでやり直した。まぁそれはオーストラリアではよくあることなのであまり気にしなかった。Posted on Booking
Chloe26 September 2026Over priced & not worth it- do not bother ☺Honestly The best part of this week was leaving. Kuma was very kind. And the girls in the terrace breakfast were very helpful and attentive. Most of the staff were very lovely as Indonesians usually are but I found the service on the whole quite poor in general. I think because usually the service is so good everywhere in Indonesia I had higher expectations for a resort charging this much. The Indian has good food and my baby loved the kids room ☹As soon as I arrived, there was about 5 members of staff on their phones and no one really very helpful with showing me around the place. I asked a man how to get to the pool and he looked visibly annoyed I’d asked. I was travelling alone with a baby and had booked an expensive resort as I thought it would be easier. This is the most expensive place I’d stayed in Bali and probably the worst place I’ve stayed. I checked into the room and it had toenail clippings on the carpet and stank of urine. I had to put my baby down on the rug so I complained and they did change my room but the next one also smelt of urine too. Food took ages to come despite me saying I needed to be quick as I had a tired hungry baby, one night he didn’t get any food as it took so long. It wasn’t cheap to order food here and it wasn’t very nice. I asked for lasagna one day and they told me it would take two hours to cook, it isn’t easy to get take away from other places as it’s so far from everywhere. I’d The beach is filled with plastic. I actually asked for some sliced avacado one day or something for the baby as I wasn’t sure what I could fe d him on the menu and was told they didn’t have any and that was it. Although after I complained the girls at breakfast did make sure I had food for my baby which was kind. There was no baby sitting services for under ones so I was unable to go to the gym without hiring a nanny for the day. I was disappointed considering it was advertised as a family hotel so I complained and things were better after this. No smattt TV in rooms & cold water in bathroom (difficult with baby). Hotel advertises lots of daily actitives but most don’t actually go ahead or they are confused about what’s going ahead. I asked to leave and get a refund and was given a form saying that would get back to me in 2-5 working days so I didn’t bother in the end. Honestly, don’t waste your money at this hotel & there are so many better and cheaper places to stay in Bali.Posted on Google

A special mention to the Indian chef, narendra singh who was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. He took the time to explain the dishes and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Mark24 September 2026Everything was really-really great, apart from the speed of internet ☺Food, service, the staff was very friendly, prices were ok all the pools, the lounges and umbrellas, availability of things, kids program was excellent, other programs like barbeque at the beach and fire dancers, good gym (used it a lot), good jacuzzies. ☹Horrible quality of Internet. Seriously. Very bad. This needs improvement - a lot! Not everybody can afford to switch completely off from work. Those would like to get their job done ASAP, so they can go back to their families ASAP. The slower the internet, the longer you cannot finish your job. Very unhappy about this. Есть все для того чтобы не выезжать из отеля, отдыхать, на пляже есть водные аттракционы, так как Пляж был грязный из-за водорослей, мы поехали буквально 5 минут от отеля на снорклинг, каждый вечер НОВАЯ ПРОГРАММА И ЕДА НА УЖИН, fire show, kechak dance . Если решили поехать на шатле в Bali Collection - рекомендую. Он предоставляется от отеля бесплатно в определение часы. Отличный СПА! Цена/качество отеля соответствует во всем и персонал старается для клиента. ☹На завтраке не хватает рыбы, она была всего 1 раз за неделю, в целом все супер. Jarvis Rodrigues12 September 2026I had a pleasant stay at Sakala Beach Resort. The rooms are spacious and feel more like apartments than standard hotel rooms, which made the stay very comfortable. Each room also comes with a microwave, a kitchenette with a sink, and an induction cooktop. If you need cooking utensils, just let the reception know and they'll arrange them for you. The staff was friendly and always happy to help. The resort has a large swimming pool that's great for families. There are also supermarkets nearby, along with a local market where you can shop for souvenirs. You'll find plenty of restaurants and spas within walking distance as well. The only issue I faced was that the power sockets in my room weren't working when I checked in, but the staff fixed the problem promptly. I also tried the Traditional Balinese Chicken Curry. The flavour was really good, but the portion size was quite small for the price. The rooms were very good, the Duty WhatsApp number was quick to respond and the scheduled mall shuttle was convenient. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety...something for everyone. What impressed most was Mr. Demmy’s personal attention—even he remembered every guest’s name and was there to welcome us at checkin, at breakfast, and even during checkout. I stayed for five nights and booked the most basic room via Luxury Escapes because I knew I would only be in there to sleep, so it was a bargain for a five-star resort. Glad I booked a long stay because it gave me a chance to try literally every item of food available at the daily buffet breakfast. The staff are so friendly and the facilities were amazing. So much to do in and around the resort each day - I was exploring Nusa Dua every morning and out by the pools every afternoon sipping cocktails on a deck chair facing the ocean. Highly recommend Sakala Resort. Spent my 50th birthday there and the staff and manager made it so memorable. The manager Demmy always checked on us to ensure we were happy. Lisa, Oming, Gita and Seta were the ladies that ensured all our needs were taken care of. Wow!!!! I cannot express how amazing this resort is. Breakfast was delicious and a happy, relaxing way to start the day. The lack of guests during COVID has hurt them and there's a few little issues here and there, but they're working on them and getting back up to 5 stars and full services.
