We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

5. Reservations and Payments

When making a reservation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All payments must be made following our payment policy. Please review our cancellation and refund policies before booking.

7. Booking Conditions

Guarantee policy

• Full prepayment of the total stay is required upon booking.
• Guests are required to present the same credit card used for the booking upon check-in for verification. A security deposit (IDR 500,000 per day per room with a maximum of IDR 2,000,000 per stay per room) will be put on hold on your credit card for your convenience during your stay and to be able to bill your consumptions directly to your room (you may be required to update the deposit if your consumptions are exceeded). Upon Check-Out and billing settlement, the hotel shall instruct the bank of the credit card holder to release the security deposit (timing for reimbursement will depend upon the guest’s credit card policies).
• Totals listed here are estimated based on current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not include additional fees/charges that may be incurred during your stay.
• For security purposes and in compliance with Indonesian Law, all guests in your room must provide a copy of their passport (foreigners) or KTP (Indonesians).
  

Cancellation policy

• This reservation is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or failure to check in on the scheduled date, the full cost of the stay will be imposed.
• With at least seven (7) days prior notice from the Check-In date, you are permitted to modify your travel dates once (1 time) within six months from the original date. However, you may need to pay for any rate difference on the new dates.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Check-in Policy
The room is available from 3:00 pm.

Check out Policy
The room must be vacated by noon at the latest.

Children’s Policy
Accommodation (and breakfast in the case of Bed & Breakfast meal plans) is free for 1 child under 6 years old sharing a parent’s bed or in the baby crib (max. 2 years old and strictly subject to availability – first booked, first served basis).

Special term for children
Minors under 18 must be with those who exercise parental authority.

5% Resort Credit
Your stay includes a 5% resort credit, calculated based on your room rate (excluding taxes and service charges). This credit can be applied to in-house expenses charged to your room. No refunds are available for unused credit.
Tax Included, 10% government tax, and 10% service charge.

6. Liability Limitations

Sakala Resort Bali will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services.

7. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content of these sites and are not responsible for any issues that may arise from your use of them.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.
