Takeaway Lunch Boxes
For guests planning day trips or excursions, takeaway lunch boxes are available with 24-hour advance booking. Each box includes a selection of non-alcoholic beverages and light meal options, specially prepared for convenient travel.
Please note that alcoholic drinks are not included with takeaway orders, and some menu items may vary based on availability and dietary preferences.
The All-Inclusive package covers most of our culinary offerings. A supplemental charge applies to a selection of clearly marked specialty dishes and curated beverage pairings across all à la carte and themed dining experiences.

Family-Friendly Comforts
At The Sakala Resort Bali, families can relax knowing that children aged 0–3.99 years stay free, with one infant entitled to complimentary All-Inclusive benefits per paying parent, sharing existing bedding. A child rate applies for ages 4–10.99 years, and each room accommodates up to two children. Complimentary baby cots are available upon request for children ages 0 to 2 years (subject to availability). Whether you’re enjoying a family meal or splashing in the pool, everything is thoughtfully arranged for a seamless and comfortable family stay.
Exclusive Privileges
Premium Room Privileges (Minimum 4-Night Stay):
- Guests staying a minimum of four (4) consecutive nights in Deluxe Pool Access, Two Bedroom Suite, Two Bedroom Suite Pool View, and Two Bedroom Pool Villa will enjoy a one-time 50-minute Balinese massage for two persons.
- Guests staying in Two Bedroom Pool Villa will also enjoy a one-time complimentary floating breakfast.
Complimentary Experiences:
- Minimum 6 consecutive nights: One-time Balinese Experience at the Sky Deck
- Minimum 12 consecutive nights: One-time Romantic Beach Candlelight Dinner
Privileges are non-transferable and must be utilized during the stay. No cash alternatives apply.
Dining & Beverage Discounts:
- A15% discount is applied to our 24 Hours In-Room Dining
- A15% discount is applied to Premium à la carte selections (as marked), Teppanyaki, and special dining events.
- A10% discount is on premium alcohol, imported beers, imported wines, fresh juices, smoothies, and gelato.
Wellness & Activity Discounts:
- A20% discount on selected Spa treatments.
- A10% discount on selected fitness activities (minimum 2 participants).
- A10% discount on selected resort activities (minimum 2 participants).
Service Discount:
- A10% discount on laundry, dry clean and pressing services.
All discounts are non-combinable with other promotions.
Important Information
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following guidelines apply to The Sakala Resort Bali’s All-Inclusive Package:
Discount & Offer Policy:
- All discounts, participating outlets, eligible items, and applicable percentages are offered at the Resort’s discretion and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. The applicable discount percentage in effect at the time of consumption shall apply.
- Modifications due to seasonal programming, supplier cost adjustments, special events, private functions or operational requirements shall not constitute grounds for rate reduction, refund or compensation.
- Special discounts are exclusive to registered All-Inclusive guests and cannot be combined with any other in-house promotions or offers.
Voucher Policy
All All-Inclusive vouchers are non-transferable and hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused vouchers expire upon checkout and cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
Fair Usage & Responsible Service Policy:
- The All-Inclusive package is strictly for personal consumption and is non-transferable.
- All food and beverage inclusions are for the personal consumption of the registered All-Inclusive guest only. Any items ordered for non-package guests will be charged at full price to the guest’s room account.
- All-Inclusive dining benefits are only valid when the guest is seated separately from non-package guests. If an All-Inclusive guest shares a table, the entire meal for that guest will be charged at the applicable à la carte rates.
- The Resort reserves the right to refuse alcohol service in cases of excessive consumption or intoxication.
- Management reserves the right to adjust benefits where abuse of the package is identified.
Operational Conditions:
All inclusions are subject to availability and operating schedules of outlets and facilities. Temporary closures of outlets or facilities due to maintenance, private events, weather conditions, government regulations, or force majeure shall not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.
Identification & Wristband Policy:
- All-Inclusive guests must wear the designated wristband throughout their stay to access benefits.
- Wristbands are non-transferable and must not be tampered with or removed. It will be officially removed by staff at checkout. Tampering with the wristband may result in the suspension of benefits.
General Reservation of Rights:
The Resort reserves the right to amend, revise, or discontinue the All-Inclusive program at its sole discretion.
