Reservation in advance is a must, by e-mail to reservation.sakala@nilamanihotels.com by mentioning voucher number, date of stay and guest name who will be staying.
Two (2) times change of dates is allowed until 23 December 2021 without additional charge and surcharge as long as the change of dates is made a minimum of 14 or more days prior to the arrival date and subject to availability.
Voucher must be presented upon check in.
Reservations made as part of an event, group stay are not eligible for this promotion for benefits.
Voucher is non-refundable and in case of cancellation or No-Show at hotel on check-in date, 100% of the stay will be charged.
