—–  Our Spirit · 私たちの心

In Japanese, SACHI carries two beautiful meanings — happiness and blessing, and a fortunate fire: a blessed flame that symbolizes good fortune.

That spirit comes alive at our teppan, where fire, skill, and the finest produce come together to create heartwarming Japanese favorites.

We invite you to slow down, gather close, and share moments of warmth, joy, and abundance by the sea.

One character, two blessings

幸せ — Shiawase — happiness
Joy shared around the table, unhurried and warm.

幸火 — Sachi-bi — the fortunate fire
The blessed flame at the heart of our teppanyaki.

海の幸 — Umi no sachi — gifts of the sea
Our sashimi and seafood, honoring the ocean at our doorstep.

The Fire Show

Take your seat around the iron plate. Every teppanyaki dinner at SACHI is prepared before your eyes — flame, steel, and theatre, ending in a plate you watched come to life.

Chef Angga

Master of the Blessed Flame

The Welcome

Act I · Zensai
Every teppanyaki order opens with zensai: two slices of sashimi, miso soup, and garden vegetables — a quiet beginning before the fire.

The Flame

Act II · The Show

Chef Angga works the teppan inches from your seat — Angus tenderloin, jumbo prawns, scallops and barramundi seared in rhythm, with knife-work and fire as the performance.

The Finish

Act III · Rice & Dessert

Your choice of steamed, egg-fried, or garlic rice completes the plate, served with three dipping sauces — gomadare, ponzu, and ginger — and a sweet ending.

予約

Teppanyaki counter seats are limited and prepared per seating. Please arrange ahead to dine at Chef Angga’s teppan, especially for sunset hours.
