RATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Rates are Per-Room Per-Night (PRPN)
• Rates are inclusive of daily breakfast for two persons
• Rates are inclusive of a 21% Tax and Service Charge
• Bed configuration is subject to availability.
• Special rooms booked through the website are subject to availability
• Rates are confidential and shall not be disclosed without approval by the Hotel.
• Pre/Post individual extension stays can be extended at the same group rates, 1 (one) day prior and 1 (one)
  after the main group dates.
• 3rd person in the room will be charged IDR 750,000 Net/Night/Room (breakfast included) with a sofa-bed
  set up (size: 200 cm x 150 cm) and will be charged to the guest’s personal account.
• A Guaranteed deposit (either in cash or credit card) is required upon Check-In in an amount equivalent to
  20% of Total Room Nights. The Guaranteed Deposit in full will be processed for refund upon Check-Out when
  no consumption and/or incidentals

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT HOURS
Rooms confirmed will be available to be occupied after 15:00 hours on arrival. Should arrival before
15:00 hours is required; room allocation will depend on availability, and Full Day charges apply. The client
shall be responsible for ensuring that all guests vacate their rooms timely on the day of departure.

Check-in time: 15:00 hours
Check-out time: 12:00 hours

Subject to availability and advance notice:
(I) Early Check-In (before 15:00 hours) has 100% of applicable room charges.
(II) Late Check-Out (after 12:00 hours) is charged at 50% of the applicable room rate until 18:00 hours and 100% beyond 18:00 hours.
