Had a great week on our Luxury Escapes package. Cant thank the Sakala team enough for extending our package expiry date for 6 months following two previously failed attempts due to the volcano eruption and us being cautious. Resort is beautiful. Large suite and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Not much info on day trips and services other than those offered by the hotel would be the only area for improvement.
We stayed at the two-bedrooms villa with private pool. It layout was really nice... there was a rooftop too. Bed was really comfy, spacious bathroom with amenities. The first and second floor have the same design and furnitures. Each floor has a small pantry and we could request the cooking utensils to the front desk. Staff were very helpfull. The beachfront pool & restaurant was separated by the road. Nice place to stay
Even though we came to bali in pandemic condition but I enjoyed our stay at Sakala. The service is fast all staff very very friendly. the scenery and everything is very beautiful . And which is room very comfortable and lagoon pool is big . hopeful covid 19 finish soon and we wanna go back here soon after covid 19
I came on pandemic time....first time arrived i fell hopeless because no body there, but after i went to The Villa 2 bedroom with private pool we all family feeling happy.....the staff hotel Demi very kind he serve Us with " Every thing we need he will helping us 24 hours.....amazing service !.....Love 2 bedroom w/ private pool Sakala Resort Bali and al STAFF esprcia)y Mr Demi........Regards Windo, Medan
